Accessibility statement

Last updated : 14 October 2026

This English version is for information only. The Dutch version is the authoritative text. Toegankelijkheidsverklaring

In brief

  • We aim for WCAG 2.1 level AA on molgulaxeno.digital.
  • The banner and form work with keyboard and screen readers.
  • The studio entrance is at street level; route details are on contact.
  • Report issues via [email protected]; we aim to reply within 2 working days.

1. Purpose of this statement

Molgulaxeno B.V. wants molgulaxeno.digital and our recording services in Amsterdam to work for as many people as possible. This statement describes our approach, the standard we target, known limitations and how to reach us when something fails.

We align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA as a realistic goal for this website.

2. Scope

This statement covers public pages on molgulaxeno.digital, including home, services, guides, FAQ, contact and legal pages such as privacy policy and cookie policy. Embedded maps (OpenStreetMap) follow that provider’s accessibility.

Our premises at Haarlemmerweg 239 are a commercial recording studio; physical access is summarised below alongside digital accessibility.

3. Website measures

When building molgulaxeno.digital we applied measures including:

  • logical heading structure and descriptive page titles;
  • sufficient colour contrast for text and buttons;
  • visible focus for keyboard navigation;
  • skip link to main content;
  • alternative text on photos from our own library;
  • form labels tied to fields and text-based error messages;
  • cookie banner operable by keyboard, with equally prominent accept and reject actions.

JavaScript is required for the mobile menu and consent panel; core content remains readable without it. See cookie policy for storage of your choice under mlgl_consent_v1.

4. Known limitations

We keep improving. Current attention points:

  • embedded map views may be difficult for some assistive tools;
  • we do not actively support very old browsers;
  • PDFs or attachments clients supply are not validated for accessibility;
  • live audio in the studio is not fully visual by nature; engineers give clear spoken guidance.

If you hit an issue not listed here, tell us via contact with page URL and browser or assistive technology. We feed that into our roadmap.

5. Physical access to the studio

We are at Haarlemmerweg 239, a short walk from the Haarlemmerweg stop (GVB bus 22 towards Indische Buurt). From Amsterdam Sloterdijk station, allow about twelve minutes on foot via Haarlemmerweg. On-street paid parking is available; you can park bicycles in front of the building. The studio entrance is at street level beside the wide front windows.

There is no separate public lift in our building; the entrance is at street level beside the wide front windows. If you need mobility support or extra time to bring gear in, mention it when booking so we can adjust space and scheduling. Opening hours: Tuesday–Friday 09:30–21:00, Saturday 10:00–17:00, closed Sunday and Monday..

6. Feedback and enforcement

Send accessibility feedback to [email protected] or 020 261 3844. Describe what you tried and what went wrong. We aim to respond within 2 working days and offer a fix or workaround where feasible.

If a dispute about digital accessibility remains, contact Molgulaxeno B.V.; you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority when personal data is involved, or pursue remedies under Dutch law. We prefer collaboration over formal steps.
