In brief
- We mainly process contact and booking details to plan and deliver your session.
- No ad cookies, no sale of data, no AI training on your recordings.

1. Controller
Molgulaxeno B.V. ("we"), a private limited company (B.V.) with registered office at Haarlemmerweg 239, 1051 CG Amsterdam, is the controller of personal data processed through molgulaxeno.digital and in direct dealings with you: enquiries, quotes, bookings, recording, mix/master delivery and invoicing.
We process data in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Dutch GDPR Implementation Act. We have not appointed a data protection officer, which is not required for our scale. 2. Scope
This policy covers website visitors, people who reach us via the form or email, and clients who book services such as vocals and speech recording, mixing, mastering, podcast recording or the ensemble live room.
If you bring guests or talent on behalf of an organisation, that organisation is usually the controller for their data; we then act as processor under our data processing agreement. Their policy applies to those individuals.
3. Data we process
Via contact: name, email address, phone (optional), chosen service, preferred date (optional) and your project message. Without required fields we cannot give a focused reply within our 2 working-day guideline.
When booking and delivering: billing details, artist or project name, scheduling, correspondence, payment references. Card payments in the studio are handled by our bank on its terminal; we do not store card numbers.
Recordings: voice and performance are personal data when you are identifiable. We process them only to deliver the agreed service. If you film in the studio yourself, you remain responsible for footage of others.
Technical: our host Antagonist B.V. keeps server logs (IP address, time, page requested, user agent) for security. Your cookie choice is stored locally; see cookie categories.
We do not ask for special-category data. You do not need to share medical details to reschedule; simply say you are unavailable.

We do not sell or rent data. We do not send newsletters. Site rates include 21% VAT; see services and terms and conditions on payment and cancellation (including 7 days free cancellation).
5. Voice, image, minors and artificial intelligence
Your voice is protected by privacy and portrait rights. We publish no session excerpts, no client studio photos and no names on molgulaxeno.digital without your prior written consent.
We do not use client recordings to train, test or improve AI systems, and we do not create synthetic voice clones without the data subject’s explicit written consent.
Bookings for people under 16 are made by a parent or legal guardian. The site is not aimed at children as independent users.
6. Recipients and processors
Only Molgulaxeno team members access data as needed for their role (scheduling, engineering, administration). We share data with a short list of suppliers:
- Antagonist B.V. (Capellalaan 60, 2132 JK Hoofddorp, Nederland), hosting molgulaxeno.digital, email and storage in EEA data centres;
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co, United States), forwarding contact form content to our mailbox;
- an external bookkeeper who prepares invoices under confidentiality duties;
- our bank, for transfers and card payments;
- public authorities, when the law requires it.
Each supplier that processes data on our instructions has a Article 28 GDPR contract. Business clients will find details in the data processing agreement.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
Primary storage and hosting are in the European Economic Area. FormSubmit is operated from the United States: form content passes through that service briefly. The transfer is necessary to handle your request (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). We are not aware of an adequacy decision specific to this provider.

8. Security
We apply appropriate measures: HTTPS on the site, restricted access with individual accounts, strong passwords, encrypted workstations where feasible, locked premises outside sessions, and deletion of working files after the 24-month retention period.
If a breach is likely to pose a risk to your rights, we notify the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) and inform you when GDPR requires it. No online transmission is completely risk-free; once we receive data, we protect it under this policy.
9. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdrawal of consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Submit requests via [email protected] or post to Haarlemmerweg 239, 1051 CG Amsterdam.
We respond within one month; complex requests may be extended by two months with notice. Exercising rights is free unless requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive. We may verify your identity.
You may lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. We appreciate hearing from you first via contact.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses no analytics, marketing or social media trackers. Only your choice for optional categories is stored locally under key mlgl_consent_v1 for 182 days. The banner offers equally prominent accept, reject and customise actions.

11. Links and maps
molgulaxeno.digital links to external services, including map display via OpenStreetMap. Those parties apply their own privacy rules; we do not control their processing. See FAQ for practical questions on sessions and files.
12. Changes
This policy is informational and does not limit your statutory rights. Effective date: 14 October 2026. Last update: 14 October 2026. Material changes are published on this page; active clients may be notified by email where appropriate.
