We aim for within 2 working days on days we are open, Tue–Fri 09:30–21, Sat 10–17. Weekend requests are handled on the next Tuesday unless we agree otherwise by phone.

More than 7 calendar days before the session is free. Inside that window, the deposit may be forfeited or moved once as set out in our terms and conditions. Force majeure is discussed case by case.

Yes. 40 % of the quoted amount confirms the reservation and offsets the balance. The figure on the quote includes VAT.

Yes. Tuesday–Friday 09:30–21:00, Saturday 10:00–17:00, closed Sunday and Monday. Without a booking there is no engineer on site. Please do not walk in unannounced; call or email for urgent needs.

Yes for all booked in-studio recording. Unattended mixing is available under Mixing: you supply stems and we work without you in the control room; that is listed separately on the quote.

Up to 5 musicians at once with iso spots. Larger casts are usually planned as podcast sessions or staggered overdubs in the vocal booth.

Overruns only at your request and when the next slot allows. Extra time is billed in 15-minute steps at the booked service hourly rate, as in our terms.

One or two people in the control room is typical. Larger audiences can disturb tracking; tell us beforehand so we can judge space and safety.

From 16 with your own consent. Younger visitors book through a legal guardian who is present for the session.

Multitracks and mixes as 24-bit WAV at 48 kHz by default, unless your project uses another sample rate. Masters follow your loudness target; we agree that before mastering.

Via secure download link or copy to your drive if you bring one. Large ensemble sessions include extra export time on the quote.

24 months after the last session or delivery. We then delete files from our servers. Keep your own backups; we are not an archive service.

By default 2 revision rounds per quoted item, with feedback via timestamps or notes. Extra rounds are possible as additional work on the quote.

After full payment for the agreed service, recordings we make for you belong to you within the scope of our terms. We do not claim co-ownership of your music.

Only with your written consent per project. By default we do not use your audio in marketing without separate approval.

No. We do not use client recordings to train machine-learning models and we do not create voice clones without explicit written consent from the person involved.

Contact and booking data is processed by Molgulaxeno B.V. under our privacy policy. For business jobs involving third-party personal data, a data processing agreement is available.

Yes. All listed rates on Services and service pages include 21 % VAT, with ex-VAT columns where shown. Example: Vocals and speech recording at €98 per hour incl. VAT.

Bank transfer for deposit and balance; card payment in the studio on session days. Business clients pay within 14 days on invoice unless agreed otherwise.

Yes per service: half and full days for recording, EP and album rates for mix and master, podcast blocks for eight episodes. See Services for amounts incl. VAT.
