This disclaimer applies when you use molgulaxeno.digital, operated by Molgulaxeno B.V. (Molgulaxeno), Haarlemmerweg 239, 1051 CG Amsterdam. Contractual services are also governed by our terms and conditions; company details appear in the legal notice.
2. No professional advice
Articles in our guides, answers in the FAQ and service pages such as vocals recording or podcast recording explain workflows. They are not legal, tax or medical advice. For music rights, samples or guest data, consult your own advisers.
3. Accuracy of information
We update rates, rules and opening hours when needed (last change: 14 October 2026). Despite checks, outdated figures, typos or technical mistakes may occur. Only a written quote or confirmation is binding. Indicative site prices include 21% VAT.
4. Website availability
The site is hosted by Antagonist B.V.. We aim for continuous availability, but maintenance, host outages or network issues may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for damage from unavailability except where mandatory law says otherwise.

Third-party links — including maps and our host’s website — are provided for convenience. Molgulaxeno B.V. does not continuously review those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
6. Artistic and technical outcomes
Recording, mix and mastering results depend on source material, agreements between contributors, room acoustics and listening environment. We deliver technical services as agreed with professional care, but we do not guarantee commercial success, specific loudness on every platform or compatibility with every downstream chain.
Revisions are limited to 2 rounds for mix/master as in article 11 of the terms. Additional work is quoted separately.
7. Limitation of liability
Where permitted under Dutch law, Molgulaxeno B.V. is not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, data loss beyond our 24-month archive period, or reliance on site content without confirmation via contact.
This disclaimer does not limit liability for intent, deliberate recklessness, personal injury or where limitation is prohibited. Detailed liability for booked sessions is in article 14 of the terms.
